please let me know how to enter money collected manually
is there a feature that records donors name so the student can know who gave him already?

Cash Could be entered

Over the phone under option 8 (with pin number & or caller id restriction)
From the web portal (If you use one)

The donor could record his name after being approved for the transaction.
If the transaction is added manually, then there is an option to record the donors name
These are optional
